FREE Managed Website Hosting
A managed website hosting account is provided with each of our annual website maintenance packages. Accepting the FREE hosting service is not required. However, because each request will take slightly longer to process ( minimum one support credit per request ), if you plan to make very frequent small updates to your site, hosting on a third party host could be cost prohibitive over the long term.
Additional Support Credits
Need more? Many clients find that one hour per month just won't take care of their highly dynamic web presence. The larger the block purchased, the deeper the discount per credit. Lower cost maintenance, means... YOU WIN!

Priority and Turn-Around
We make every effort to treat all requests as PRIORITY. In fact, 60% of our requests are complete within 2-4 hours and 80% are complete within 24 hours. All requests are charged as "Normal" unless specifically requested otherwise.
