Getting your Website Online
SITE PLAN/QUOTE:
- We will need to set a time to talk on the phone or meet in person if its convenient for both parties.
- We will ask you to provide an assortment of website you like/dislike and what you specifically like/dislike about them. This is to just get an idea of your tastes and expectations.
QUOTE APPROVAL/DEPOSIT:
- Once we have agreed on a price and timeline, we will need a 50% deposit to schedule work to begin.
- 100% payment up front is of course welcome and can expedite the site going live upon completion, especially when paying by check.
DESIGN PHASE:
- In order for us to create a website that will be cohesive with your existing branding efforts, we will need any/all collateral you can provide ( logo, color codes, brochures, etc )
- We will, within 2 weeks, provide one or more designs for you to review
- Once we get an approved website design we move to the "development" phase
DEVELOPMENT PHASE:
- We will require 100% of your content to continue
- We will, within 2 weeks provide you with a temporary site location to review ( Example: yourdomain.webdetailer.com )
- Once we get an approved website developed, we will require the remaining payment due ( +/- any deviations occurring along the way )
- Once final payment is received the website will be moved to the permanent location on our hosting servers and your site will be LIVE!
- Any changes past the GO LIVE date are considered maintenance and will fall under our managed hosting plan
