Pricing

Your Website Investment

Every project is different, so we start with a conversation, not a price sheet.

No Price Sheet, Just a Real Number

The honest answer to "what will it cost" depends entirely on what you need. A simple, single-page site to establish a presence is a very different project from a fully interactive site built to qualify leads and drive conversions. Submit a Quote Request and, if it’s a good fit, a 15-minute call is usually enough for us to understand the project and give you a real number.

125/hr

500 minimum engagement

Most projects land in the 2,500–7,500 range. The 500 minimum is what gets your project on our calendar for a real scoping conversation, not a project price. Once we understand what you need, you’ll get an actual quote before any additional work begins.

If you decide to move forward, we work out the full project budget together before anything else happens. A 50% deposit schedules the work, and the remaining 50% is due before your site goes live, the same standard payment structure used across the industry.

No Packages, No Padding

We don’t sell fixed packages, and we never bill for time that wasn’t spent on your project. Every hour is billed against real, completed work, so you’re paying for what actually got done, not a flat number built around someone else’s average project. We work within the budget you set, and you’ll always know exactly where your project stands, not just at launch, but throughout.

What Different Projects Typically Cost

Most of our work falls into one of four general sizes. Use this as a starting point, not a quote. Your actual price depends on the specifics of your project.

Small

2,500–5,000
A focused, 1 to 10 page site built to establish a clear, professional presence online. Right for most single-service businesses just getting started or replacing an outdated site.

Medium

5,000–10,000
A fuller site, typically 10 to 25 pages, covering multiple services or locations, with custom forms and more developed content strategy behind it.

Large

10,000–20,000
25-plus pages with custom functionality built in, such as booking systems, member areas, or integrations with other software you already use.

Enterprise / Web Application

Scoped individually
Custom-built platforms and data-driven applications, developed in phases. See Web Applications for examples of what we’ve built.

How the Cost Actually Breaks Down

A website's total cost isn't one number. It's five separate pieces, and they don't all move together. A large, mostly static site can cost more to build but very little to maintain year to year, while a smaller site that changes constantly can need more ongoing attention despite a lower price to launch.

Consultation Fee

500 minimum engagement
Gets your project a real scoping conversation and an actual quote before any additional work begins.

Design

Billed at 125/hr
Your custom layout, branding, and visual direction, included in the project ranges above.

Development

Billed at 125/hr
The actual hand-coded build. Page count and functionality are what drive this cost, and the ranges above.

Managed Hosting

20–100/mo, billed annually
A flat recurring cost based on your site's size and scope, covering hosting, security, and uptime.

Maintenance Agreements

Hourly, based on your plan
Sized to how much your site actually needs, not how big it is, and reviewed quarterly or annually as those needs change.

Design and development are what get your site live. Hosting and maintenance are what keep it that way, and they're priced around how your site actually behaves once it's launched, not how it was scoped to build.

Phases of a Web Project

Site Plan / Quote 1

Site Plan / Quote

We talk by phone or in person, and get a feel for what you like and don’t like, so the design starts on the right foot.

Quote Approval / Deposit 2

Quote Approval / Deposit

Once price and timeline are agreed, a 50% deposit schedules the work. Paying in full up front can expedite launch.

Design Phase 3

Design Phase

Send us your existing branding, such as your logo, colors, and collateral, and we’ll return one or more designs to review within two weeks.

Development Phase 4

Development Phase

With your content in hand, we build the site and hand you a private preview link within two weeks. Once approved and the remaining 50% is received, it goes live and moves under managed hosting from there.
